ISD was contracted to carry out the following scope of works for the development of the tourist destination island, CocoCay. Works included:

• Heavy earthworks
• Construction of various concrete and wood buildings/structures, including:
  
  o Back of house facilities such as the generator building, commissary building, waste water treatment plant, staff housing, etc., of various sizes ranging from 200–15,000 square feet.
  o Front of house restaurants and tourist facilities
  o Concrete foundation/bases for the slides and light bases
• Installation of all utilities for the site including potable water, sewer, drainage, electrical and telecommunications.
• Construction of port facility for island.
• Demolition of existing structures to accommodate new structures.
• Installation of 3no. 2 MegaWatt Generators to power the entire island.
• Installation of site wide utilities.
• Construction of structural elements throughout the entire site, including concrete foundations, walls, etc.
