ISD was contracted to construct 61 turnkey villas located on the island of Norman’s Cay in The Exuma Islands. The villas consisted of single units or a combination of units selected from 15 unit-type designs. Scope of works was all encompassing from heavy earthworks, foundation, wood structure, cladding, roofing, custom millwork, custom tiling, MEP, etc.
